Product provider and seller
Aggressive Memory Saver is a Chrome extension provided through buildin.fun. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) acts as merchant of record and contractual seller for purchases. Google is not the seller and does not process the purchase.
Trial and purchase
The extension includes a 7-day trial. Continued use of its paid functionality after the trial requires a $2.99 one-time license. Any tax is calculated at checkout. A license may be active in up to 2 browser instances at the same time.
Checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Creem under its Buyer Terms.
License
A purchased license grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Aggressive Memory Saver on supported Chrome installations. You may not resell, share, abuse, or attempt to circumvent license activation limits.
How the extension works
Aggressive Memory Saver asks Chrome to unload eligible inactive tabs. The tabs remain in the tab strip and Chrome reloads them when you return. Reloading can reset page state that the website did not save. Protect important sites in Settings and save important work before relying on automatic unloading.
Memory values marked with a tilde are rough system-level estimates. They are not guaranteed per-tab measurements and may be affected by Chrome processes, other applications, caches, and memory compression.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@buildin.fun. Include the purchase email or receipt identifier, but do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds are processed by Creem and deactivate the refunded license.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that apply in your jurisdiction.
Availability and support
Reasonable efforts are made to keep licensing and product functionality available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Chrome changes, website behavior, network outages, or unsupported pages may affect results. Contact support@buildin.fun for support.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aggressive Memory Saver is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The product provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights already provided for an existing purchase where applicable law prohibits that result.
